the location WAS great , near top restaurants. A subway stop was very close. A taxi stop was also very convenient. The location really is unbeatable.
The room lacked some expected amenities , for instance shampoo. There was also no lotion.

I appreciated the central location. Everything was within easy reach. the staff were helpful allowing us to leave our bags. the keypad system worked very well, providing easy access without needing keys.
The noise from the plaza at night was loud. i found it difficult to sleep before 2 am. It really affected my experience.
